The parking lot transport attendant was wonderful. It was really hot that day, and he wanted to make sure that I knew he would pick me up at the door when I was finished, and l wouldn’t have to walk through the heat to my car. I felt like he really cared about my well-being.

If you ever need pulmonary testing, BSA Hospital has the most advanced testing methods! As well as a wonderful friendly face with excellent customer service. Ms Julie B. did an outstanding job of making this procedure a truly relaxed, non fearful procedure. Thanks for a job well done!! Cathy Crow

After being transferred by ambulance from the hospital in Borger to Bsa. My whole experience was incredible. From the e.r staff, I wish I could have gotten the name of the r.n in the e.r she was a godsend but I was still pretty out of it. Everyone i came into contact with from arriving Sunday to being released Wednesday afternoon, we're truly angels on earth! It was so amazing for my first ever adult experience in a hospital outside of giving birth. I will recommend this hospital to everyone, I am blown away with the kindness and care I received here! Health care workers put their heart and soul into taking care of strangers, and this places staff definitely reflects all of that and more. A big thank you to floor four. I was in room 448 June 7th through the 10th. It really restored my faith in humanity and good hearted people who genuinely care!

I was transferred from Dimmitt to BSA about 3 pm on Friday. BSA was very busy with several cases more urgent than mine, as I was there for cardiac testing. The nurses, doctor, and the other personnel still made time to check on my comfort and condition as often as possible, and a room was ready for me around 7 pm. I was released on Sunday pm after my testing. Everyone, the nurses, techs, doctors, were absolutey warm, friendly and professional. The food service was very much to my liking also. BSA is a great hospital because of the staff! I almost enjoyed being hospitalized!😄 Thank you to all the people who put up with me!

BSA was amazing from arrival to discharge. The PM charge nurse Chloe on the pediatric floor was a literal angel. My son’s nurse, Zoe was always amazing with us and him! Lexie wasn’t our nurse but she was so good and patient with my son while trying every trick she could to initiate a successful IV, and the nurses who were helping her were also phenomenal! Our day shift nurse on the last day was, yes, also phenomenal. She was very thorough when it came to discharge instructions and checked on us frequently! But I cannot remember her name! The physicians were respectful and listened. They rounded twice a day which I really liked and did not expect. I would like to make sure dietary and EVS knows they are doing an amazing job as well. There is one detail that I feel the physicians didn’t address a much, but thankfully I was able to schedule an appointment quickly with our PCP to address it. Overall our stay went well and I’m so thankful for everyone at BSA!

I just want to say a big “Thank You!!” To the ER and 8th floor personnel who cared for my mom, Karen Beavers.Especially, ER. They took very good care of getting her pain under control, and very compassionate and attentive to her needs. Thank you all for caring for her. It will be her last visit there. She was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and is in Hospice now. Thank you for her wonderful care and for allowing the family on the floor to spend time with her during this difficult time.😊

I was At BSA to have my gallbladder taken out? They were so good to keep me updated on everything that was going on and the timeline. I would be there. I’m very cold in nature and they put this magnificent blanket on me that made me feel so warm.

I had the best nurses and techs taking good care of me. They were professional at everything they did. The fourth floor was awesome. And my Drs were very honest with me and very professional. I have no complaints with my visit, and stay. Thank you to all of you and let's not forget the ladies cleaning the room. GOD BLESS YOU ALL.

All the nurses and Dr.were great with my mom., and everyone treated her with such kindness and respect. Her nurse Tiffany was especially amazing so patient, gentle and caring. She made a difficult time so much easier for us. Every single staff member we came across treated my mom and family so kindly and were so thankful for that. My mom is 87 and very hard of hearing and thank everyone for being kind and patient with her. Thank y'all once again. Yes we definitely recommend BSA hospital to family and friends. Were from Plainview and usually go to Lubbock hospitals but they had no available rooms. Were thankful for BSA. My mom was in Room 424❤️
